Ensure clean air in your home – proven patents

Air that is too dry or excessively humid can cause discomfort and affect our health, as can airborne pollen, dust mites and allergens. How to take care of clean air at home? We suggest.

Poor air quality can cause problems such as headaches, irritability, difficulty concentrating or trouble sleeping. In some cases it can even lead to the development of allergies. In order to enjoy well-being and not put your health at risk, the air in your home should be clean and properly humidified. How to achieve it? Learn about proven methods!

The ideal air in our home

The optimum indoor airhumidity should be between 30% and 65%. These are the conditions in which we breathe best, which can significantly improve our well-being. Dry air dries out the conjunctiva and nasal mucosa, which in the long run can lead to health problems. Dust and mites can spread more easily in dry rooms, which can also irritate the airways. If you have a problem with dry air in your home, you should think about buying a humidifier.

On the other hand, air that is too humid may also negatively affect your well-being and contribute to infections of the upper respiratory tract. Moreover, such air is also a breeding ground for mites and moulds which are harmful to our health.

Apart from appropriate humidity, air temperature is also important. The optimal room temperature is about 20-22 degrees Celsius for the human body

Finally, air cleanliness is extremely important. By purifying the air at home, we aim to minimize the presence of dust, dust mites, allergens, unpleasant odors, and carbon dioxide

This is especially important in the case of ventilation in the kitchen and bathroom – the heat and humidity present there are conducive to the growth of bacteria and fungi.
